Cancellation Policy

At TheKids Wear, we understand that plans change. This policy explains clearly how and when you can cancel an order — and what options are available in every scenario.

How to Request a Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellations before the order is dispatched by contacting our Customer Support team through the steps below.

Visit the Contact Us Page Navigate to our Contact Us page to reach our support team directly.

Submit Your Cancellation Request Provide your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request promptly.

Receive Confirmation Once processed, our team will confirm the cancellation via Email or SMS.

Cancellation Request Types

We accommodate two levels of cancellation requests depending on your requirement:

Order-Level Cancellation

Cancels the entire order including all items placed under that order number.

Item-Level Cancellation

Cancels specific item(s) within an order while the remaining items continue to be processed.

Order Cancellation by TheKids Wear

TheKids Wear reserves the right to cancel any order, with prompt notification to the customer, under the following circumstances:

Stock Unavailability

Pricing or Catalogue Errors

Regulatory or Legal Issues

Compliance-Related Restrictions

Important — After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Our courier partners begin processing the shipment immediately after dispatch. We are unable to intercept or recall the package at this stage.

In such cases, the following options are available to you:

Option 1 — Refuse Delivery Request the courier partner to return the package at the time of delivery. Do not accept the parcel and it will be routed back to us.
